We accept select insurance plans (above) and also offer self-pay/private pay services. Please contact us to verify whether we are in-network with your insurance provider.

In-Network Insurance

If we are in-network with your insurance plan, claims will be submitted directly to your insurance company. Clients are responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or non-covered services as determined by their plan.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, services may still qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill containing the information typically required for insurance reimbursement.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed. We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to verify out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible requirements, and reimbursement rates prior to beginning services.

Self-Pay Services

Payment for self-pay/private pay services is due at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee. Insurance companies do not cover late cancellation or no-show fees, and clients are responsible for payment.
