  Hello

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially at first, and it’s okay not to have everything figured out. This is a space where clients are met with care, curiosity, and respect. Therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on building understanding, fostering growth, and gently working toward a life that feels more balanced, supported, and manageable.

My Story

Christina is currently licensed in Massachusetts and Maine.

Christina earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Throughout her undergraduate experience, she held a variety of professional roles—including residential counseling and work within correctional facilities—which ultimately shaped her passion for supporting others through meaningful change.

Motivated to deepen her clinical skills, Christina obtained a certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston, followed by a Master of Education degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in geriatrics from Cambridge College.

Christina is dedicated to creating a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and rewrite their own narratives. She uses a person-centered approach grounded in empathy, collaboration, and—when appropriate—humor, recognizing that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy to be effective.

She is trauma-certified and experienced in working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and neurodivergence. Christina works with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Who I Work Best With

Christina works best with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin but are open to exploring themselves with curiosity and honesty. She particularly enjoys working with clients who value collaboration, want to better understand how their past experiences impact their present, and are looking to build practical tools to navigate daily life. Christina is especially affirming of neurodivergent individuals and those seeking a therapist who meets them where they are—without judgment or pressure to “fit” a certain mold.

My Approach

Christina’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while maintaining a strong person-centered foundation. Christina believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and emphasizes shared decision-making throughout the process.

Together, Christina and her clients work to identify underlying patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy is approached at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with the goal of fostering resilience, self-understanding, and overall well-being.
